OTWC were posted on the web after initial release and are intended to be thought provoking or used as a reference as we look at the future of distribution and travel automation..

"Off the Wall Comment(s)" were written regularly from 2002 through January of 2007.  Mr. Eastman also wrote essays and articles on request.  The evolving transformation of travel product distribution is finally fulfilling much of what early OTWCs foretold. Following 2007, there were random postings of "Off the Wall Comment(s) were Mr. Eastman's response to some of the new interest and many queries as to what was happening. The last formal OTWC was in 2011.
